About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Implementation Director to lead the successful execution of our client onboarding and enterprise project deliveries. In this role, you’ll manage cross-functional teams, streamline implementation processes, and ensure client satisfaction across all phases of the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale client implementations across regions and industries
• Develop implementation strategies and project plans in collaboration with stakeholders
• Supervise and mentor implementation managers and project leads
• Identify risks and bottlenecks early and propose solutions proactively
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or consulting
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of SaaS platforms or enterprise software
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
