We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven professional to join our team as a Business Performance Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing revenue objectives, fostering strong relationships with airline partners, and utilizing data analysis to
optimize performance. The role is crucial for achieving financial targets and ensuring effective collaboration with airline stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Management (P&L Focus)
● Ensure compliance with the revenue targets outlined in the Profit & Loss (P&L)
statements.
● Lead the preparation and management of the annual Budget and Forecast, ensuring
alignment with business objectives.
● Identify and implement strategic initiatives aimed at positively impacting revenue
generation and optimization.
2. Airline Partnership Management
●Maintain strong relationships with airline clients through weekly meetings, ensuring
alignment and open communication.
●Collaborate with airline partners to establish mutual objectives and ensure that both
parties are working towards common goals.
●Provide continuous monitoring and reporting on the progress of the established
objectives, ensuring transparency and visibility for both internal and external
stakeholders.
3. Data-Driven Decision Making
●Perform regular analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly incentive conversions to track
performance.Conduct forensic analysis of the forecast accuracy and curves to refine future
predictions.
○ Assess the percentage of seats incentivized on fully booked flights and
recommend the most effective strategies for optimization.
○Monitor flight performance in the days leading up to departure to adjust
incentives in real time.
○ Evaluate the attractiveness of incentives (High/Medium/Low) and adjust
offerings based on market demand.
○Provide in-depth route analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.Qualifications:
●Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a
plus.
●Strong experience in revenue management in the aviation industry (mandatory).
● Proven experience in relationship management, particularly with airline partners.
● Demonstrated ability to leverage data analysis to drive business performance.
●Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
●Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and forecasting software.
●Fluency in english is required.
